Assess what’s really going on – uncovering the underlying drivers that might be shaping your eating habits and body image.
Identify barriers – pinpointing the cycles, beliefs, or behaviours that may be keeping you stuck.

Create a personalised plan – giving you a clear, practical roadmap to help you move forward with less stress, more freedom, and a new sense of possibility.

By the end of the session, you won’t just walk away with insight—you’ll leave with a plan of action that is realistic, compassionate, and tailored to you.
